We make custom furniture for apartments, family houses and other interiors. From individual pieces through built-in wardrobes and kitchens to more comprehensive furnishing of a space. Every order is based on a specific brief, the dimensions of the room and the customer’s requirements.
Vanprodukt is a Czech family company with a tradition dating back to 1992. We make furniture at our own production site in Pavlov, where we combine experience from furniture manufacturing with modern digital preparation and CNC technologies.
Furniture That Adapts to the Space
The main advantage of custom furniture is the ability to design a solution exactly where ordinary mass-produced furniture falls short. It is not only about non-standard dimensions. The design can be adapted to how the room is used, the required amount of storage space, the materials, the appearance and how the individual elements connect.

From Design to Finished Furniture
Quality custom furniture does not start at the production machine but with a properly prepared design.
Depending on the nature of the order, the project may include measuring the space, consulting on requirements, designing the solution, selecting materials and décors, technical preparation, the production itself, transport and installation.
For digital production preparation we use, among others, the IMOS and AlphaCAM systems. They allow us to convert designs and technical documents into precise production data and then process them on modern CNC technologies.
The result is a combination of individual design and precise production.
Our Own Manufacturing in the Czech Republic
We do not make furniture through an anonymous external supplier. We have our own production facility in Pavlov near Pelhřimov.
We process solid wood, panel materials and metal, and our own technological equipment lets us carry out a range of operations from precise cutting and CNC machining through drilling, edge banding and sanding to lacquering and other surface finishing.
This allows us to handle a simple piece of furniture as well as a more complex non-standard assembly or several interconnected elements of one interior.
