Digital Production Preparation

Digital production preparation also plays a major role in our operations. We work with advanced IMOS and AlphaCAM software, which we use to process designs, technical documentation and production data. IMOS is a specialised solution for furniture and interior design, covering the entire process from planning and 3D modelling to manufacturing outputs, while AlphaCAM serves as a CAD/CAM software solution for woodworking and CNC machining preparation. This enables us to convert designs into precise production data, coordinate individual stages of the manufacturing process more effectively, and maintain a high standard of quality even in custom production.
