The advantage of in-house production is the ability to combine both approaches. Within one project, you can have, for example, repeated cabinets or other standardized elements together with furniture adapted to specific rooms.
The ability to connect custom and series production is especially important in larger interiors, where it is not enough to make one original piece, and precision and a consistent finish must be maintained throughout the entire project.
Production based on design projects and technical documents
When delivering corporate and public interiors, the ability to work with project and technical documentation is important.
In digital preparation, we use the IMOS and AlphaCAM systems, in which we process designs, technical documents and the data needed for production. The design can then be converted into specific production operations and CNC machining.
This is especially important on larger projects, where individual elements must tie in with the interior design and repeatedly meet the specified dimensions and technical parameters.
Technological facilities for custom and repeat production
At our own site we process solid wood, board materials and metal.
Production technologies include, among others, 5-axis and 4-axis CNC machining, a CNC drilling and machining center, a panel cutting center, and technologies for edge banding, sanding, profiling, lacquering and drying.
Our broad technological base allows us to adapt the production process to the nature of the specific project while ensuring the necessary precision when producing a larger number of elements.
