What personal data we process

On our website, we may process the following personal data:

  • data entered in the form, in particular your name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided) and any other information you share with us yourself,

  • technical data about your website visit, such as IP address, browser type, language, referring page, access time and, where applicable, behavior on the website (e.g., movement, clicks), through third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel),

  • cookies and device identifiers, if you have consented to their use via the cookie banner.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data for the purpose of:

  • handling your inquiry or request,

  • further communication in connection with the services offered.

The legal basis for processing is:

  • legitimate interest of the controller under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – responding to your inquiry,

  • or, where applicable, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Retention period of personal data

We retain personal data:

  • for the period strictly necessary to handle your inquiry,

  • for a maximum of 3 years from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established between us.

Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be made available to:

  • IT and web hosting service providers who provide the technical infrastructure of the website,

  • operators of analytics and marketing tools that we use in accordance with your consent (see below).

All processing is bound by contract and carried out in compliance with the GDPR. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, with the exception of third-party tools whose operators may be based outside the EU (e.g., Google, Meta), and only on the basis of your consent.

Measurement and marketing tools

Third-party tools for analytics and marketing purposes may be used on our website, such as:

  • Google Analytics – measuring traffic and user behavior,

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) – measuring conversions and targeting advertising on social networks.

These tools may use cookies, which are activated only on the basis of your consent, given via the cookie banner.
Upon activation, data may be processed, including your IP address, device identifiers or behavior on the website.

Data subject rights

You have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,

  • request rectification or erasure of your personal data,

  • request restriction of processing,

  • object to processing,

  • obtain a copy of the processed data (right to data portability),

  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Security of personal data

Your personal data are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, misuse or loss.
